BIO OF PAT ADAMS
Pat was born in Chicago, attended Chicago Public Schools and attended the University of Illinois where she received a B.S. in Biology. While at the University, she was very active in many campus activities. After graduation, she married Bill Adams and spent the next six years as an army wife, having two sons, Scott and Mark and living in several military locations including Germany.
In 1970, the Adams family moved to Marengo and lived on Dietz Street. Pat took a position with M.C.H.S., teaching Biology and other science classes. She served as Cheerleader Advisor, Student Council Advisor and Academic Bowl Advisor. She retired from teaching in 1995 and, since then, has volunteered many hours to the community. She is an active member of Sacred Heart Parish and has served on the Woman/s Club Board, the Marengo Park District Board and MASEF Board. She enjoys volunteer work and spending time with her family and friends.
